cannellini & white bean hummus

One 19 oz can of Cannellini beans rinsed and drained
One 6 oz package of steamed artichokes
½ to 1 whole lemon squeezed depending on taste
One tblsp (plus) of fresh parsley
Extra Virgin Olice Oil enough to make desired consistency
One to two garlic pods using garlic press to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ tsp of oregano is optional

Put all ingredients in food process except oil.
Pulse until mixed and then add EVOO until mixture is to desire consistency.
Leave enough room to add additional lemon or salt/pepper.
Put on plate and drizzle more EVOO and add large caper berries with stems for garnish to be served with baked pita bread triangles.
